Yara Piras is a visual artist who develops her research around the concept of image closely related to film/photographic material, studying its history and materials, reaching as far as theater and dance.

Valigia in alluminio con incisione “D’amore e d’anarchia”. All’interno tre volumi de “ AL CAFFE’ “ di Errico Malatesta; rilegati a mano con brussura cucita a filo refe. La copertina centrale è stata realizzata con fibra di cotone e timbrata con inchiostro creato con polvere di caffè. Le altre due realizzate con cartone ed inciso il titolo tramite spunzoni. All’interno una bustina di caffè e una fotomatica analogica.
Aluminium suitcase with engraving “Love and anarchy”. Inside three volumes of "AL CAFFE'" by Errico Malatesta; hand bound with abrupt stitched thread. The central cover is made with cotton fiber and stamped with ink created with coffee powder. The other two were made with paperboard and the title was engraved by means of spikes. Inside a coffee bag and an analogical photomatic.
